How to make potato dumplings. Now take some of the potato mass and make a round flat shape with it on the palm of your hand. Stir in flour eggs bread crumbs salt and nutmeg. Cook uncovered 15 20 minutes or until tender.

Using a slotted spoon transfer cooked dumplings to a colander and drain. Using about 1 4 to 1 2 cup of mixture each shape into dumplings. Add the potato dumplings and boil for about 6 8 minutes.
